I've read Preacher, and unless I'm missing something, SoK can't do aaaanything to SCP-682.

No. What he ca do is insta-killing normal people by looking at them, and his guns are made from the sword of the Angel of Death himself, which embodies the very concept of death in Preacher.

No, and that's not what his profile says. He only has Low 2-C stats when he's sitting on the Throne of God.

It's literally just him while he's sitting on the Throne of God, which is the source of God's power and the thing that allowed the latter to create the universe.
If we're using that key, then 682 basically can't win, since nothing he has can so much as scratch him.
