This CRT aims to fix some glaring issues I have with the SM Verse, specifically the tiering.
The focus for this thread will be the Tiering for Sailor Moon characters in the 'Infinity Arc' of the Manga and the arcs that follow. This is my first CRT so please tell me if I did something wrong! Also, please try not to derail this thread as these types of threads usually take a long time to evaluate.
The Issue
On Sailor Moon's profile and what seems to be every other Guardian with an Infinity Key, they are rated at "Multi Galaxy" level with the justification for it being the following
"Her casual energy emission when she first transformed into Super Sailor Moon is tens of thousands of times more powerful than the Taioron Crystal and scared Pharaoh 90,who even described her power as "piercing the heavens", and created the light of a great number of stars and planets. Pharaoh 90 easily moved his entire Separate World, which contained an entire Galaxy big enough to be called a "Alternate Dimension" at MFTL+ speeds"
This "separate world/alternate dimension" that Pharaoh 90 moved was the Tau Star System. To add more context, Pharaoh 90 was attempting to assimilate the Tau Star System and the Planet so that Earth becomes the new home for himself and the Death Busters (Aliens from the Tau Star System). My issue is that Sailor Moon and the Guardians are rated drastically different for scaling to a Low 2-C realm that was used in Sailor Saturn's Low 2-C justification where she bullies Pharaoh 90 and destroys the Tau Star System.
Notice: In Saturn's profile, the Tau Star System is described as another world, dimension and space-time. But on Sailor Moon's profile it's half-heartedly described as a "Galaxy big enough to be called an alternate dimension" which is simply untrue! The Tau Star System being a Galaxy is headcanon based on its name rather than the descriptions. I compiled enough justifications for the Tau Star System being a separate Universal Space-Time here since the profiles do a very poor job at this.
TLDR: Pharaoh 90 was moving and assimilating an entire Space-Time Continuum, not a "Galaxy big enough to be called a Alternate Dimension"
The Proposal
Change the Tier for all characters that aren't 2-C Post Infinity Arc to At Least Low 2-C for the following reasons:
When Super Sailor Moon first transformed, her casual power was described as being Tens of Thousands of Times more powerful than the Taioron/Thyoron Crystal was at its maximum power and could give life to all things. Her power was stated to be reaching to the Heavens by Pharaoh 90.
The Taioron Crystal is the Crystal that created the Tau Star System (a Low 2-C feat) and is blatantly stated to be the power behind it (see previous Imgur Scan). Some people try to be obtuse about description made by Pharaoh 90, but the raws deliberately state Tens of Thousands. To add more context, Pharaoh 90 was seeking a replacement for the Thyoron Crystal after it started to lose "power" (basically like how a phone loses battery) and believed that the Silver Crystal is the better option due to it having truly Infinite Power. It's noted that the Thyoron Crystal is much weaker than the Silver Crystal.
Given that she is stated to be "Tens of Thousands of Times" superior to the Thyoron Crystal was at its peak, AKA when it created and sustained an entire Space-Time Continuum/Universe, this would mean she is At Least Low 2-C.
This will affect characters in the Infinity Arc - All Super Forms of Sailor Moon and the Super Forms of the Guardians, Sailor Saturn and anyone that scales to Pharaoh 90 and Mistress 9 amplified by the Silver Crystal.
This will also affect the justifications for characters in the Dead Moon Circus Arc as they are Low 2-C for different reasons (and should be changed to At Least Low 2-C)
