Sailor Moon Conceptual Manipulation question

I was looking at the Sailor Moon pages and noticed star seed is accepted as a type 1 Concept based on 2 scans and this explanation:

(Type 1; Can manipulate Star Seeds, the concept of life and existence. All things that are alive carry a star seed growing with them, all thing, no matter their size, shape or name, even planets, and all possibilities are born in the Galaxy Cauldron; it is the source of everything that exists which spans multiple universes/timelines and other exotic locations and is transcendent of both time and space)

I was just wondering if someone could help me explain why this qualifies, thanks a bunch

Even though star seeds are specific to the thing they create, they can be taken and used independtly to thing they give formed. The Sailor Animamates took the Sailor Crystals of dead Sailor Senshi and used it to power themselves. If star seeds were dependent from their forms, they would disappear when the forms are destroyed. (Sailor Crystals are "super" star seeds for those who don't know)

When Tuxedo Kamen was pushed into the galaxy cauldron and his star seed was erased, Chibi-Usa was erased from history, meaning everything that was dependent on him ceased to exist

the opposite wouldn't affect the concept.

When Tuxedo Kamen was killed in the past, he was alive and well in the future and Chibi-Usa was unaffected by her father dying in the past
