Is this passive? Sabina can send people into the void through a pendora box. In this scene she is attacked unexpectedly and the box immediately absorbs the people who would attack her

Sending someone to a Void is not the same as having Void Manipulation. If she can control that Void in some way, then it's Void Manipulation, otherwise, it's BFR that relies on a specific location to kill.

As for it being passive, as long as there's no other context saying she did it subconsciously, or whatever, then sure, though the speed the Box can react to would be limited to the Average Human level unless it has feats of absorbing even faster beings.

Her ability to send people to the void does seem to be passive whenever she's distressed IIRC, but not all the time, as she can also use it willingly in a fight. Also, the Pandora Box isn't related to her ability. It's just how she dealt with The Void in the end.
