Ike:

- Higher AP than Saber's Durability (making it easy for him to damage Saber)

- Higher Durability than Saber's AP (making it hard for Saber to damage him)

- no viable regen (Aether would need to hit; with this difference in speed, not gonna happen)

Saber:

- Way higher speed (over 15x faster in movement, over 45x faster in reaction, making her able to constantly speedblitz Ike)

- Strong regen (Ike would need to decapitate her otherwise she will simply regenerate)

- Strong precog ability

- Higher Stamina than Ike

Summary:

Ike will not be able to hit Saber at all during this match, so it comes down to whether or not Saber can wear Ike down before her Stamina runs out (Avalons healing will kind of take care of this problem). However Saber can hardly deal damage to Ike (maybe with Excalibur since it states "at least high 7A").

Result:

I will still give this to Saber because I think she will be able to damage Ike over time, and since he cannot regenerate she will continuously gain more control over the fight. Also her stamina is higher than Ike's (and will regenerate through Avalon) and once Ike get's tired it will become much easier for Saber to spam attacks on him. Also Excalibur will be helpful for wearing Ike down (maybe even doing a reasonable amount of damage).
