Captain Planet's stamina is limitless he isn't getting koed. Coupled with his immortality he isn't going down anytime soon and he can't do anything about her regen.

So what does this mean?

wait why does he hace cutting immunity? Wouldnt that just mean whatever tried to cut him couldnt get past his durabilty? I'm looking through his profile and....yeah all the durability feats dont imply he "cant be cutted" no matter what, its just...him being super durable.
