Well, Ryuko have a pretty busted Regen, so any attack Goku does not gonna have much lasting effect, and her stamina is superior to Goku, so he can't outlast her in anyway.

He way more skilled in combat trought, and is stronger than her, so he could just pummel her super easy. Trought, even If he could knock her out, I doubt is gonna last 1 hour for the wincon to Activate, since Senketsu could wake her up.

Goku could bypass Ryuko Regen with a super Kamehameha, but I doubt he gonna for the kill.

It's Senketsu Kisaragi. She used that form in the end of the series to fight Ragyo.

IIRC Ryuko's accelerated is very busted, like going from being stomped to stomping in a short period of time level. Which since Goku has that sizable AP advantage and Ryuko regenerates (and actively tries to abuse this aspect of her accelerated development in this form from my recollection) I'm pretty sure she has a very solid advantage against Goku here, only thing he has going for him is Kamehameha GG which likely would only work if he started out with it.

23rd Budokai has flight, even if he didn't Ryuko typically likes to fight close range and considers the Chiaotzu technique cheap.

In theory, to some extent, however Goku doesn't even know they exist in this key, it'd be out of character in any other, and he lacks regeneration to truly keep up with her when it comes to abusing boosts in power.

I think Goku could win this if he feels that Ryuko is getting too strong and analytically predicts her movements, coming to the conclusion that Ryuko is strengthening and regenerating, and then resorts to the Kamehameha
