Explain better... Sorry, I just need to know more. If you mean range, Hitsugaya has that with Kido and his ice attacks.

Ryuko due to better regen, and Id argue ice wouldnt work on on Ryuko since couldnt she like make her blood hotter or something? that was like the whole reason she became a monster that one time.


Also she gets stronger the closer she is to dying.


and actually Hitsugaya only has similar range via enviromental destruction

Hitsugaya can freeze the function of anything that's in front of him. I don't think making her blood hotter will work. Can Ryüko fly here?

@Aqua While EoS Ryuko can't fly she can still jump ridiculously high and hang in the air longer than what should be physically possible
