Scorpion isn't allowed to open portals or go to the neatherrealms.

Ryu doesn't have raging demon.

As much as this pains me...Scorpion mid-diff via better equipment, fire manipulation and teleports. Although Ryu has better AP/Durability, he won't last long.

Do you think I should unequalize speed?

I did it because I felt Ryu had a good stats advantage as it is.

If you unequalize speed, Scorpion won't be able to hit him due to being just Superhuman and will have some difficulties dodging and reacting.

Scorpion has Supersonic reactions compared to Ryu's Supersonic+ so it's not that big a jump.

Yeah. SS vs SS+ isn't that big of a gap. Probably shouldn't be equalized. Fair enough without spd equal.

Ryu, all Scorpin has is his kuni spear thing and swords fire manipulation and teleportation which is fine a diddy but Ryu has the advantage in AP/Durability and will be able to tank all of scorpions attacks and all it takes is one good placed chi blast

Based on the new stuff that Ryu did in SFV, I would have to say he wins. Also in his Evil state he defeated Akuma, who literally one shot an island.

Scorpio due to far better equipment. Ryu only used h2h but Scorpion has swords and spears. Also the fact that Scorpion has trained in the art of killing but Ryu martial's art is only to knockout his enemy is a big factor.
