Ryu Speed upgrade

Now, I've visited the Street Fighter 4 website and i found out that Evil Ryu's skill is to [1] dodge bullets, now, i've calculated that if dodging bullets means dodging pistol bullets, then Evil Ryu can dodge something faster that the speed of sound. Why? Pistol bullets travel at 360 m/s, and the speed of sound is at 343 m/s, meaning that Evil Ryu can dodge bullets slightly faster than than the speed of sound.
