News have been spreading that there is a new fighter that has entered the ring, and this new fighter is described as having terrorized and even brutally killed a bunch of fighters with a power that can best be described as a mixture of Psycho Power (due to manifesting invisible "arms) and the Satsui no Hado (having an urge to kill), as well as having a bloodlust that makes the likes of Akuma, Balrog and Juri look tame. She is nicknamed "Akumako" (Devil Girl) due to her red hair and horns on her head.

There are two scenarios

• Scenario 1: Base Ryu vs. Long Horns Lucy
• Scenario 2: Ryu with Power of Nothingness vs. Pre-Melting (after losing long horns) Lucy
