He should have every ability Odin had, which includes but is not limited to:

time stop, mass teleportation, a spell that renders people into catatonic states, TP, summoning planet remains as projectiles, reality warping on at least a galactic scale, creation of celestial bodies and time manipulation.

Well Lightning can do most of the things you mentioned. She can teleport, time stop, cast curses to buff her stats or debuff her opponent's and also gravity manipulation.
