Rukia Kuchiki's range of effect seems to be in the hundreds of meters when it's over a dozen hundred meters.
Because the worm's size changes alot like everything Kubo does it's hard to pinpoint an average, but in comparison on average it's width is still larger than Ichigo's height which is 1,74 meters.
