What are the limitations on usage for Resurrection?
 
Totem Of Undying revives him instantly, gives him a Regen boost and Health Boost, then the totem disappears.
 
So only one use?

Well, Reactive Evolution means he'll be able to beat him down a second time easily.
 
Well, he needs to beat him down three times due to charm of life which has a similar effect.
