How fast is Margaret again? Like what Mach? Margaret is definitely more skilled but Ruby is more versatile with her semblance and dust ammo.

She's fast enough to keep up with Travis who can casually block bullets and dodge lasers.

This is quite the speed blitz in Margaret's favor then, since she's scaled to Travis who has Mach 5858 Reactions and Combat Speed.

Yeah i noticed a lot of NMH profiles are scaled oddly, imma have to fix them. But in the mean time speed should be equalized for this match.

Ok, so with speed equalized this comes down to Margaret's experience vs Ruby's versatility...

Margaret was ranked the 4th best assassin of the UAA, so she's obviously no pushover

However, where Ruby comes from, you have access to things that can be considered magic and she's had her fair share of action.

Perhaps the things that it comes down to is either range or durability
