Anyway a fun fact about Prosciutto's ability is that it doesn't conventionally age people. It just causes the symptoms of old age which is why its effect is widespread and why Bruno's gang aged the same time as the passengers on the train (Remember, most of them are like 15 to 17 year olds). That means he can literally cause a baby to get wrinkles and liver spots. It also means that both sides can't use their own abilities on themselves to counteract each others' abilities
Anyway Pacifier's age manip is probably faster but Grateful Dead cannot be dodged. I'm leaning towards Prosciutto for now but just remember that if a stand user is de-aged below the age when they acquire their stand, they can no longer use their stand
