I'd also like to say, Ultima Reality is your guy for tier 1. I'd recommend asking them to comment once you make the CRT.

Essentially the Digimon 1-Cs are 9D while Fate's 1-C are 8D, so it's a stomp for the Royal Knights until Shiki's 1-A smurf hax does a "no u" card. Even without the 1-A composite nasuverse shenanigans, her CM type 1 is enough on it's own.

This is another mismatch imo.
