rock lee vs luffy

both current. bloodlusted, and can use any and all techs in their arsenals. both start in base, in round 1, but have the known limiter to their current powers. round 2, they start in full power, but with no limiters, of any (fatigue, pain, etc..).

lol city lvl? lee is easily island lvl, man. he can use a semi, but very close, perfect 6th gate, than can create a vacuum the size of a small island. him at 7th or 8th gate is prolly country lvl. luffy is prolly faster, and has more hax, so I though it would even out the battle.

Luffy has little to no hax and I wouldn't even go far as to call his abilities hax. Lee isn't island or country level. You can't go around making up stats like that. If you are really convinced that he is island to county level make a revision thread and see how that goes.

If you think the stats are incorrect then make a concent revision thread, otherwise we go by what's on the profile. Also, 6th gate is only Multi-City Block level...

did u guys watch the anime? did u watch the scene where a weaker might guy (weaker than in his 4th war self), casually used that attack that was the size of an island? and did u know that rock lee is stated to have surpassed him (guy's 4th war self) at the age of 19, which is a couple years younger than current rock lee? oh, and btw/fyi, he trains everyday nonstop, so im pretty sure he only got stronger, instead of getting rusty. just saying. u should also look in a thing called scaling. its very, very useful.... ps, I reaaaally recommend that u NOT use his page as reference, since its still says that he is 17 y/o, even though the guy is now 30. think bout that.

He means using stats that arent on the profiles defeats the entire point of the profiles existing in the first place. Use what's on the profile or make a revision thread and get it adjusted. Ignoring stats that are on the profiles is against the rules.

new users ALWAYS do this. they create a stomp match and when people tell them its a stomp, they're always like "what? its not a stomp. even though one character is literally infinitely above the other, its not a stomp cause (insert absurd reason)". its getting painfully annoying

If you have a problem with the current ratings, please post your opinion on this board stating reasons why you think a character should be upgraded/downgraded. Until then, Rock Lee is City level according to his profile making this match a stomp. Closing this.

Also you cannot remove things such as fatigue and pain when doing a matchup.
