Well, it's the case most of the time. Plus, I remember this one quite good, first when fear manip case was settled, we considered it to be Rimuru's victory due to superior offence and defence, but then ND2 appeared and it became an incon. After that I got into a debate with a guy that said imme speed gives instant incap against lower speeds (which is not the case) . That's probably everything
