Well, it would have to be stated that space and time and higher dimensions are concepts in the first place, some verses don't consider them as concepts.

But if they are considered concepts then it really depends on how it's mentioned. If it's stated while he's transcending or reaching a transcended state I would say yes, but if it's just a throwaway line or flowery language to hype something up I would say no.
