Rex Salazar vs Raiden (Metal Gear)

Can Rex use his Mega form? Because I imagine that He would win with ease if that were the case.

Is this Raiden's Low 7-C or 7-C form? You gotta be specific with these in the OP. Simpily putting speed equal is not enough info. Rex is 6.47 kilotons versus Raiden's 1.14 kilotons. So you should make this Ripper mode or Rex might AP stomp.

Okay so now they're roughly even. I think a 1-2 Kiloton diffirence between them. Raiden should take this via being a much more experienced fighter with a sword. His blade will ignore Rex's builds with ease. Not to mention that Rex rarely takes fights seriously from what I can recall in the series. He could get close enough to try and shut down Raiden's body with his nanites, but I highly doubt Raiden will allow that to happen.
