Revisions: Vasavi Shakti versus Akhilleus Kosmos (feats in Anime and LN)

According to Fate/Apocrypha anime Episode 22, we see how Akhilleus Kosmos worked against Vasavi Shakti. The shield had its true name called out, then proceeded to DESTROY itself and then formed a miniature globe that consumed Vasavi Shakti's big ball and vaporized them both. So, is it true to say that Vasavi Shakti destroyed Akhilleus Kosmos (after breaking through a Command Seal-charged Balmung and had its attack value reduced), or was Akhilleus Kosmos the single-use type like Vasavi Shakti?

Also, it is stated that Vasavi Shakti is effective against Divine-class targets in his page, so that would explain its effectivenes against Akhilleus Kosmos being a Divine Construct. However, at the same time, Akhilleus Kosmos is also stated to have its sole weakness being Anti-World NPs, then there was the argument where people argue about whether Vasavi Shakti full-power would be able to breakthrough Akhilleus Kosmos or not (VS target limit was one though). Putting aside what shown in Apocrypha, would VS destroy the shield and then continue to eliminate whatever is in its way?

The anime depiction isn't the primary canon. The novel version is the primary depiction.

Akkhilleus Kosmos does not destroy itself on activation. It's a reusable shield for Pete's sake. What happened was a clash of concepts, "A Spear that Kills Everything, Even the Gods" versus "A World That Takes Everything Into Itself". Ultimately, Vasavi Shakti was nullified since a world without gods could exist (the modern era). Thus Vasavi Shakti was canceled out while Akhilleus Kosmos was destroyed from taking the hit.
