Hello. This time I want to make an Outer Revision of Verse Nee Chan Wa Chuunibyou

Outer He is outside the story and destiny, This will make them Resist Plot manipulation and Resist Fate manipulation

Since they are outside the story, How does someone's story change if they are outside the story, this will make All outer Resist Plot manipulation possible Immunity Plot manipulation

And they are outside destiny, so they will get Resist Fate manipulation, how to change someone's destiny if they are outside destiny, even though Outer gets Acausality 4

Outer Outside Stories and Outside destiny

Then Plot manipulation And Higher dimensions (5d)

Outers are like God, they manipulate one's destiny, they altered Stories,They are outside, and manipulating Destiny and the story

Outer Altered Stories

As we know, they exist at a higher level than the Original World,And this world certainly refers to the Heavenly Record, which contains the Countless Time Line, and the 4dimensional Abyss Structure, so they get Hde

And they think of Humans as one piece of the Board, of them As Story, of them as a game, And humans themselves will never reach the Outer

Outer sees Humans as just one piece of the board,Thinks them a game And thinks of them as stories

Outer Unreachable by humans

Conclusion Ability For outer,Plot manipulation,Resist Fate manipulation,Resist Plot manipulation,Higher Dimensional Existence (5d),Possibly Immunity Plot manipulation

Plot Manipulation and Fate Manipulation, plus resistance to them is fine.

However, there are too many anti-feat for Plot Immunity and Higher Dimensional Existence for Outer.

For an instance, Yuuichi Sakaki plot manip was able to resist and overwhelm Makina plot manipulation in Volume 4 suggesting they're not completely immune to the effect of plot manipulation.

Yuuichi, a 3 dimensional human was able to punch and knocked Makina, an Outer to submission. If Outer is a higher dimensional existence, Yuuichi shouldn't be able to harm her in the first place.

For Immunity Plot manipulation, well, there isn't too much evidence

It's possible that Yuichi Sakaki can negate, and Yuichi can Interact with them, but there is one possibility that Outer enters the Human World

The scan also states that Outer cannot be reached, and they exist in a higher world,But if you read the novel, you can see that Ende met Yuichi and Aiko noro

It's not just Yuuichi being an anti-feat.

In Volume 6, a priest, Souichi Kiryu beat an Outer to a pulp and killed him.
This add more to anti-feat of Outer being a Higher Dimensional Existence since Kiryu can kill an Outer.

This is referring to the Meta-world (The Ivory Tower), a realm that is unreachable to non-Outer (AKA Humanity).

As I said there is a possibility that the Outer Enters the Human World, in Volume 7 Ende comes to Yuichi and Aiko noro, In Volume 4 Makina becomes a temporary teacher at Yuichi's school

It signifies that the Outer Entered the Human World, and In the Priest who beat the Outer to death, the Outer is in a hospital in the Human world/Original World

So you could say Outer enters the Human World so they can interact with Humans. In volume seven, Ende invites Yuichi to drink tea together

So despite being a Higher Dimensional Existence they can still die/get killed by lower dimensional being while they're inside human world, I assume is your interpretation?

Well, just because their Higher Dimensional Existence still allows them to be killed by lower dimensions, if they enter their World/dimensional, or lower dimensions can interact

If you thinking about Outer, while there statement they exist above normal logic, she doesn’t mean in physical sense (or higher dimension case) but rather metaphor. It just mean they, the Outer are reject from original Path, or outside the destiny, the story which they came from, that all. I am pretty sure that Ende or perhaps Makina explain that Ivory Tower is not exactly higher plane of existence, but rather the Outer choose to manipulate destiny from higher place.

Well at that time Makina also explained what she meant Not the Higher plane,But on other evidence, I'm sure it can confirm that the Outer is in a higher dimension

In volume 4 it is shown that the World is in an Ende Book, which has an infinite number,And one of those books shows About the world of mutsuko Sakaki,Then in Volume 6 or 7 it is explained that Ende's book contains the world or world views

Although I'm not quite sure, but this can only strengthen the evidence, that the world is in Ende's Book.

The Outer Exist Meta level is higher than the Original World, and the World is just a Book

That seemed farfetch and pulled on the assumption that an Outer will have their dimensionality decreased when they enter the human world as opposed to much simpler conclusion they're simply the same dimensionality as regular human, albeit with plot manipulation thus they are touchable to humanity like Yuuichi and Kiryu.

There was also a time when Monika Sakurazaki almost got killed by a crashing truck when she and Yuichi was hanging out at a cafe in volume 4. A normal truck almost killed an Outer if not for Yuuichi to save her.

What I'm trying to say that it's getting into the realm of assumption rather than implication saying an Outer is HDE but suddenly not when they're in human world, and thus was able to be killed by 3 dimensional object like a truck and punches.

In the faq tiering system, it has been explained that Higher dimensions are not always stronger than Lower dimensions,And in the novel Outer are just ordinary humans who only have great abilities, I forgot when it was explained in the novel, probably when Monika appeared.

This can answer your question which states that it is illogical that Higher Dimensions can die just from being hit by a Truck
