Blake via her Semblance making it tricky for Dark Shadow to keep blocking from (Tokoyami can be overwhelmed by someone who is able to dispatch clones and get close), higher versatility in dust (including fire can create light), higher combat skill, and the fact that tokoyami himself is only wall level dura-Wise, meaning as long as blake can get past Dark shadow, which she can, she only needs a single shot to beat him.

Seems a little stompy on account of his durability, even though he did tank that Giant Bite Detention from Ectoplasm, and Blakes much wider versatility, including shiz that uses light, the poor birbs only weakness.
