Ryker is portrayed as a suave and calculated yet dangerous character. Driven by a deep-seated desire for revenge, he has no qualms about killing anyone involved in his wife's death. But beneath this exterior lies a fragile man seeking justice for his wife's murder.The Time Cuff
This seemingly harmless wrist cuff has the ability to freeze/stop time whenever Ryker wishes. Although the comic never fully delves into its full capabilities, the Cuff is portrayed as an extremely powerful device.- After willingly allowing himself to be subdued by the bikers, he uses time stop to kill them within moments using a knife, leaving only a single survivor.
- Ryker stops time to vanish from a diner instantly, secretly placing a large sum of cash into a waitress’s pockets.
- Stops time inside an airplane to humiliate a molester.
- Surrounded by terrorists with their guns aimed at him, Ryker stops time, casually walks outside to his car, and as he resumes time, the terrorists unknowingly fire upon themselves, eliminating their own squad.
