As i maybe plan on joining, i thought id ask a few questions:
Are there an Jojo charactes/stands that are outright restricted, aside from the obvious ones like HA DIO and Enrico Pucci with MiH?
Are high end, non-solar systen level nasuverse characters like BB and Gilgamesh restricted?
I imagine that, for the most part, masadaverse characters below Reinhard are usable?
What level of NLF is acceptable (like being syraight up said to have no limits or having practical, if very high, limits)?
Are literally any Medaka Box characters allowed?

It depends on how haxed the character is.Hl3 or bust said:
Anybody with hax too broken are banned
Exemple: Wolfgang is allowed, but Methuselah is not, because the latter has much more powerfull hax.
Also, the only Jojo characters that are banned are Kars with MiH, Pucci, HA DIO, GER and Diavolo.
