looking at the profiles, Surt has abyss energy which Reid can't counter and would kill him it comes in contact with him, since rain dodging isnt applicable in cqc and surt has power mimicry, we could possibly get a scenario where surt copies all of reid's general stuff and finishes him off

Also Surtalogi's power mimicry is based on abyssal energy manipulation. There's nothing to suggest he can copy an opponents martial arts techniques mid-combat. It's not like Reid uses magic or anything so it's a non-factor.

Surtalogi's memory manipulation is probably genuinely his best ability here because at least Reid will take a lot longer to get bored and finish him off. It hurts to see Surtalogi humiliated like this but unfortunately, as far as I know, it's the truth. I'd be interested in seeing if there's a better argument for passive abyssal energy here though.
