Regenerationn is divided into categories based on what you can regenerate from, but what if the Regenerationn works by reversing time to the point before you were killed, in what category would it be included?

If you need to reverse time to undo the damage that's not regenerating to begin with.

Yes, I get it. But speaking in practical terms what would it be most similar to (Would it be able to reverse the damage of conceptual erasue, like Mid-Godly? Would it just be able to reverse damage to the body, like Low-Godly?, etc.)

Depends on the level of how powerful the time rewind is. If you can rewind time even when hit with an attack that kills the entire reality you're in, that's equivalent to Mid-Godly.
