I dunno about the first one, but for this, I guess at least High Low, as High Low is the starting point for healing from fatal wounds

Yeah there doesn't seem to be a agreed level for type 3, but I think mid is a great baseline since you can regen from brain damage and decapitation, which are one of the most common and effectives forms of killing
