Regenerating from sand?

What level of regen do you need to regen from being turn to sand? I tried looking up some prominent examples such as Crocodile from OP and Sandman from Marvel, but one is Low-High while the other is Mid-High. What about regenerating from mud then?

Should be Mid-High. Being turned into sand means there's no parts of your biology remaining.
I'd probably just say Crocodile's page is old and needs a do-over.

I agree with Mid-High, but Crocodile being Low-High makes sense cause he's already made out of sand. Sandman is Mid-High because he can regenerate from a single grain of sand which makes him superior to Crocodile.

I guess that makes sense. Kuzan has High-Mid though, it just seems overall inconsistent.

Yes organic parts = Low-High
