Regenerating from having your spine torn out

Doing research on a character who shown the feat depicted in the thread title. Would that be low-mid or regular mid (or not mid at all)?

Note: the skull wasn't torn out with the spine

It should be Low-Mid. Should be equalized to stuff like severe organ damage, since some consider the spinal cord to be an organ itself, and, depending on how gruesome it is, ripping it out will damage some organs along the way.
