He is currently placed at galaxy level (at least, due to the feat of him stopping a galaxy (apparently when weakened)
and there was a calc about it here which gives a high end of about 1.4 x 10^59 Joules
these values, under some old system (like really old) might have qualified as galaxy level, but accodring to the new system , this wud be in tier 4-A
Now, eveen if superman was so weakned that he could only use 1 percent of his power, using the high end of that feat, we get a mazimum result of 1.4 x 10^61 J, which still fits in tier 4-A and thats if he was so weakened that he cud only use 1 percent power.
Even if he could only use 0.1 percent of his full power at that time, his high end total energy output would still be 1.4x10^62 J (which, again is still in 4-A)
so, with this in mind, I thinksuperman one millio's attack potency should be downgraded from at least galaxy level to "Multi solar system level"
with his new tier placed at "4-A" (and durability adjusted accordingly)
