Just a quick question. What happens if a 1-C kills like a 2-A with Mid-High-Godly regen? If the character lacks the ability of feats to deny regen, how does this go? Do we assume the 1-C can't kill the 2-A?

I mean, if only the lower D being is killed then... yeah, they regenerate.
Being completely erased from existence by a tier 2 or a tier 1 aren't inherently different levels of erasure, so... yeah.
