regarding naruto high-low regeneration,can someone explain it?

The title already straightforward i want to know why Naruto get high-low regeneration via hashirama cell.

This is what in the profile say about this:Regeneration (High-Low normally; as he has Hashirama's cells.

But there are no further explanation of why Naruto get this level of regeneration,but for his low-mid regeneration there are clear explanation displayed so i wondering how naruto can get that level of regeneration when hashirama is the source of the cell itself don't get the same level of regeneration.

please,explain? and sorry if this already asked like 1 or 2 years ago.
