Regarding "Conceptual Transcendence" on the site

What the title hints at.
I define "Conceptual Transcendence" as an entity beyond/transcending the concept of another entity, in the sense that it is superior to its form entirely. In some sites like CSAP as far as I know, this Transcendence has the potential to be a massive gap and can impact a character's Tier significantly. Like jumping from High 1-A to 1-S in one example I saw.

How do we treat "Conceptual Transcendence" here? Is it always a qualitative gap?

Also, if something is the creator/origin of all concepts in the sense that nothing could exist without it, would the idea of "Conceptual Transcendence" still apply? Or does this still need to be implied or stated?

That makes little sense ngl. I guess if you transcend all concepts (including space and time) it would be either Low 16A or 1-A, perhaps, depending on the exact wording and such.

Not really, it just seems like everything stems from it, rather than the creator being above everything else.

I was told that since concepts are considered fundamental, it would warrant a 1-A rating

i don't think that terminology alone will give you anything in this wiki. conceptual transcendence from what i understand would basically translate to "transcending the concept of all existence and non-existence/ or any dichotomy of the verse in question" it will be treated as same scaling to how far you can scale a type 1 concept to its maximum scope.
Like the best parallel to the case you are mentioning i could think of is how BDE type 2 is defined in the wiki. the void in the abyss or void in nothingness which is beyond all concepts including space and time type of shenanigans.
