Regarding Caterpie and Weedle

First off, can someone explain why THEY are High 8-C?

Second off their page has quite literally circular reasoning.

Weedle is scaled to being able to fight Caterpie while Caterpie is scaled to being able to fight Weedle.

I didn't word it like that. I worded them as even they are capable of taking down a Magikarp

No it does not. All that proves is that they are that durable. It say nothing for AP. Nothing at all. We don't let this pass for any other verse, Pokemon is no exception.

The AP should not be High 8-C via scaling to Weedle, who is High 8-C via scaling to Caterpie. That is still circular reasoning on the AP's part. So no the main issue has yet to be cleared.

I'm really questioning scaling Caterpie and Weedle if they get High 8-C from it. This is one of the few cases where this verse scaling thing just isn't working.

Funny how we formed this whole verse scaling idea on the basis of how ridiculous our "lolfeats" attitude was due to being too conservative, and instead we've adapted a just-as-ridiculous "lolscaling" attitude from being so liberal. I actually prefer the new verse upgrades, as we can actually put coherent rankings on the non-legendary profiles for once.

I just don't think Caterpie and Weedle should be High 8-C and Transonic because of it.

I agree with AN though. The bugs shouldn't be that strong.

It's not a matter of two wrongs as opposed to both being right (well, aside from them not being that strong). If you can hurt someone with that durability, that's your AP.

If that is the reason for their AP, put that in the AP explanation as well. That is literally all I'm asking you to do. Why are we going back and forth with this?

It's partially why I made the Magikarp calc, so I could put Magikarp at Wall level and scale the two bug Pokemon to that.

Cal....buddy....Seriously, Just put on the AP section why they are High 8-C. Other than circular reasoning. Matter of fact nothing on their file states they can harm Magikarp. It just says they are a durable as Magikarp. Why are you dragging this out? Why are you making this more irritating then it needed to be? All I asked for was a simple change. Nothing more, nothing less. I did not expect it to be this huge mess. You're making a simple issue turn into this massive problem when you can simply fix the AP reasonings.
