This is very close. Slender has some means to put down RED, but RED has the AP to kill him. It comes down to if RED can take Slender out for at least 10 minutes. Slender can stop time? RED unpauses time. Slender can use plot? RED has so much better plot hax, it's intense. RED could possess technology? Static takes it. RED can negate durability? Slender can do so way better. Now, here's where the winner shows. RED using BFR.

It will not help him here. If he uses BFR on Slender, then the bleeding takes effect. He proceeds to pass the world RED gets him to and then BFRs him to another world. RED could escape via plot hax, but it'll be a bit. He will get out in say, 5 minutes, though, so Slendy won't win.

But then there's one thing RED can't do.

Kill Slenderman forever.

He can't rid memories of Slender like Bugs and he can't bypass Mid-Godly. Therefore, Slender can still kill him in enough time while RED can't kill him forever. Therefore...

The winner is Slenderman.
