• Red Son Superman is 23.66x above baseline planetary. Yellow Lantern Superman currently scales to be vaguely above planetary
• Yellow Ring Superman has a pretty hard time limit, since he draws from fear to amp himself and he needed a planet's worth of fear to preform his Mogo feat. If Red Son Superman can out last the extra burst charge he can then rapidly over power Regime Superman
• Regime Superman has more or less no skill. Losing to his good counterpart because he's a pure brawler and got rolled by a enhanced Batman. Though I guess the same can be said for Red Son Superman, since he doesn't have some of the meme statements that DKR Superman has, the fact that he fought him

So Red Son Superman has a good shot at winning. Though he can indeed lose if Regime Superman spams his lifting strength advantage to win fast enough
