Okay, here goes.

AP wise they're pretty much even, with Kinshiki having a slight advantage. I believe this advantage can also be slightly enhanced with his Chakra Weapons.

Speed wise they're also evenly matched, but Kinshiki can enhance his speed with Lightning chakra.

Now, this is where it gets interesting.
I believe Kinshiki by far holds the versatility advantage here.

He has the Byakugan, giving him a massive near 360° visual range. He's also likely knowledgeable on the gentle fist, as Momoshiki was capable of using it against Naruto. Furthermore, Kinshiki is an adept sensor, so he'll pretty much be able to see anything Recoome does coming.

He can fly, like Recoome. And he can also teleport to avoid any issues, or deal with any potential BFR or anything of the sort.

Finally, he's far more skilled than Recoome, as he can match Sasuke blow for blow. And when Momoshiki gained his skills, he was able to swap hands with Naruto and Sasuke, when Taijutsu was previously a weak point of his.

So overall I think Kinshiki takes it.

Yeah this seems like a decisive victory for Kinshiki since he has every advantage over Recoome besides speed (which is practically insignificant). It's likely not a full on stomp, but in almost every scenario Kinshiki has this. Kinshiki fra.
