Reality - Fiction Interaction Question

This character resides in the "real world", which can only be accessed with 4th Wall Awareness, it created and can manipulate a 2-A multiverse, which just sees it as fiction, changing the history at its will. Would the "real world" count as a higher dimension? And what other abilities would the character have?

probably Low 1-C, as for powers, just from being a higher dimensional being i think it would get higher dimensional existence and higher dimensional manipulation, + plot manip for what you said in this post
