So what is the range/scaling of Hit's Time Skip? Can he affect the entire 12 universes of Dragonball with the ability?

Shouldn't this give him multi-universe scale time skip?

We have no idea how far his range travels. But it's at least a few km since his time skip worked on everyone in the tournament (except Jiren for obvious reasons).

THat doesn't make any sense (your logic). If the range is not stated then it should be assumed that Hit affects all the time in all 12 Universes.


That should be way above a few kilometers.
