It's outdated. Nobody really cares about OG DB characters

Besides, she scales below Casual Namu, but not that overwhelmingly so. Namu almost fought equally with 21st TB Goku, who is >>> Pilaf Saga Goku, who in turn one shotted the bear, who did a 9-A feat

So Ranfan likely is relative to Pilaf Saga Goku. Even if she's below him, she still somewhat scales to the feat due to at least making it to the top 8 figjters in the tournament
