Random Page Gave Me A Strange Match: Zookeepers vs. Anotsu Kagehisa

So yeah I just hit random page before I got this fight that wasn't a stomp. So...I guess Anotsu just got sucked into a Game and Watch console and got in trouble with some Zookeepers? Either way they fight now, and speed is equalized just in case It has to be. All weapons are allowed and the fight takes place in that one Game & Watch stage in Smash Bros, except no hazards or anything. So, who wins this strange matchup?

Actually, unless Anotsu has the wrong calc linked on his page, he should only be about 18 m/s (Superhuman). Though idk the series so maybe there's some other reason for the rating. Either way, you should probably equalize speed for now.
 
Eh, looks like it's flight advantage vs skill advantage. Taking that into account, sword beats chair I guess?
 
Well, I mean, considering the fact that Anotsu was able to cut down a tree and the guy behind it, I'm pretty sure all he has to do is make contact with the Zookeeper and his chair in order to win. And despite the Zookeeper having flight, he has to approach Anotsu in order to attack. And Anotsu has far more battle experience than the Zookeeper, so...yeah, I'm siding with Anotsu on this one.
 
Actually, the Zookeeper is quite into 9-B. 5002246 joules, while 9-A starts at 20920000 joules. So the Zookeeper would have quite the AP advantage.
