Ralsei is capable of using soul based attacks like he did in tutorial launching funny balls in our soul.

Then, he can create a barriers that can even WITHSTOOD strongest Spamton's attacks.

After that, he's very skilled like he fought Jevil and Spamton NEO. He does insane damage with PuppetScarf.
