Rainbow Dash wins via BFR/Sealing or some other type of magic hax that Goku has little to no defense against.

Okay... isn't Goku a galaxy-level buster or more? Even if his base form isn't enough, he can turn Super Saiyan, and he will be 50 times stronger than base. Or Super Saiyan 2, and he'd be 2 times stronger than Super Saiyan 1, or 100 times stronger than base. Or Super Saiyan 3, which is 4 times stronger than Super Saiyan 2, so in total, 400 times stronger than base. and since Goku can go EVEN HIGHER especially since he reached the realm of Gods, isn't this a stomp? I'm not lying, these are official Super Saiyan multipliers made by Akira Toryama himself.

That's if she sends him to Tatarus, RD could also seal Goku away in stone, which even Discord couldn't break out of, or seal him inside the moon.

Oh, yeah, there's also the Elements, I was thinking Rainbow Power. Actually, is this Elements or Rainbow Power? RD has two High 4-C forms

Goku can't breathe in space, if he does that he'll die. Plus he's being sealed within it, he won't be able to do anything.

How does the banishment to the moon work exactly? Nightmare Moon kind of became part of the moon when she was banished there, but it was never really explained.

It's never totally explained, and I think depending on the series of comic it has diferent interpretations. The stone sealing is much more specific, though, and would definitely stop Goku.

Ok, but, seriously, is this Rainbow Power Dash or Dash with the Elements of Harmony? Both forms are High 4-C.

Goku pretty easily. Absurdly greater combat experience and a ridiculously higher-end High 4-C. Both the EoH and Rainbow Power are severely lacking in all-purpose hax, and mostly function as "undo" buttons.
It's like Rock, Paper, Scissors. Discord beats Goku, EoH beats Discord, Goku beats EoH.
