So Blade Mode + Ripper Mode GG just doesn't work as a Speed Amp. They still give him their other buffs though like Blade Mode's IA telling him the perfect places to cut through his opponent.

So yeah, this is basically a who hits who first situation, where Chakax comes out on top do to being WAY more skilled (one of the few times you can say that against a MGS character)
There is also the disturbing possibility that his mace can powernull the effect of the HF sword, as even though it's technically for magical effects, it and similar powernull stuff relating to either have effected technology before, even tech that works similarly to the HF like 40k chainswords, his helmet also completely negates stealth as an option so Raiden can't even return to his routes and hope for a sneak attack)
It's not a stomp because of Info analysis and Blade Mode, but Chakax takes this decisively.
