If these work the way I think they do, then it's likely Raiden can't permanently kill her.

Raiden doesn't have a High 6-C Key and even if he did, he still One-Shots her because the HF Blade will just completely negate her durability. Also, he still has Speed Amps like Blade Mode and Ripper Mode.

He can certainly destroy her body, I'm just not sure if he can keep her down with the several different forms of Immortality she has.
