The fight takes place in a desolate planet. Imagine Ragyō was victorious and becomes a Life Fiber demon. Dante is contracted by Satsuki to stop her. Though Dante gets no prior knowledge on her.

High 6-A versions for both. Since High 6-A Dante encompasses DMC 1, 4 and Anime Dante, imagine it's Composite Dante. Speed is equalized and Dante is really serious about the fight. Who wins?

if she was resistant to time stop she would still be slower anyway but again Ragyo doesn't have resistant let alone immunity to time stop so she is completely subjected to it

I don't think Yamato ignore regen dante has been stab and slash by Yamato and he healed like he normally does

he can cut the strings though he wouldn't know that at first the thing is well he is serious and is pretty sharp so he won't be missing a chance and tbf he has a ton of versatility but i wanna know how potent is ragyo's mind control or her emotion manipulation?

@Red Her mind control turned hundreds of students who were trained to fight life fibers into mindless slaves instantly, and after Ryuko displayed her ability to resist mind manipulation she completely rewrote Ryuko's memories so she believed she had always lived a happy life with her mother and rearranging her personality to make her fall in love with her father's killer.

If you don't mind me asking, what's the extent of Ragyo's mind control to someone like Dante? Since he doesn't posess life fiber inside his body, or on his clothing, how effective would it be?

Dante's combo is effective but Ragyo's life fibers and mind control too.... But then again so is time stop. He can take out Ragyo via BFR right?

Ragyo's Mind Manupulation has nothing to do with whether or not someone has Life Fibers. Life Fibers are just the source of all her powers. It's like saying since Buu uses Ki to transmute people, he can't transmutate anyone who doesn't have Ki inside their body or touching their skin.

Ragyo should be able to refit Dante unless he has a resistance towards such powers. I'm not giving a vote however.

I give this to Dante he has a lot more hax that could get past ragyo's regen I don't think that ragyo's mind control wouldn't work on Dante alastor tried to inslave dante in the first game but he couldn't

We can't just assume that her mind manipulation is strong then Dante's resistance to it Dante has been able to resist strong mind manipulation on multiple occasions plus dante can negate ragyo's regen by destroying her soul

Huh....This thread isn't actually that old....

Anyway, I'm going to give this to Ragyo for the following.

-Mind Manipulation would likely work on Dante due to the fact that he only has minor resistance from a featless demon

-A single thread and the fight is over, while Dante doesn't immediately use time stop, Ragyo does.

-Dante has no way to get past her regen other then soul manipulation, (I'm not actually sure if he has soul manipulation) and possibly Beuwolf, yes I'm aware Yamato ignores conventional durability but ultimately Ragyo can heal from that, meanwhile one thread from Ragyo ends the fight.

That said, if someone can tell me how fast mind manipulation works I'd appreciate it, IIRC it's instant.

Dante has shown to be able to negate Regenerationn in the anime when sid first took Abigail's power Dante shot him into pieces but sid just regenerate from the pool of blood later Dante enter his devil trigger and destroy his Abigail form

Dante can destroy souls the promancers are stated to be souls of dead heretics
