Rago(beyblade) stats revision

Well,Rago should be having a variable tier,right?(Nemesis has the ability to copy and use the powers of the other star fragments)

Also,Rago needs to be placed in hax,I guess,because Nemesis's power to copy and regenerate may negate durability.

Variable tier is unnecessary since Nemesis only has 2 keys. Past Nemesis and Future.

Most of it just belongs to Diablo.

Past Nemesis doesn't have it, only a small amount of haxes that carry over.
