Welcome to VeneficaAuthor's Country Class Tourney! In this tourney 16 country class heavyweights are competing for a special championship. There can only be one champion, so may the strongest win!

In the third match, it'll be Dr. Hecate vs Luchadora the Pikachu!

Rules

• 100 meters starting distance with equal speed.
• Speed Equalized
• Fight takes place in an endlessly expansive and empty/ruined city

Hecate is at 6-B.

Lucha starts with rushing to Hecate and grappling her which should be extremely easy considering the Ls gap.

Hecate’s scanners should tell about all of Lucha’s abilities, given that they don’t look very complicated and she’s easily scanned far more difficult ones even when they resist typical information analysis.

Hecate’s Paraeyes attack would then stop Lucha right in her tracks, paralyzing her, giving Hecate enough time to attack with her Starry Acid Cannon, which would envelop Lucha with slime and completely melt her. Note that it isn’t heat based, it’s acid, something Lucha doesn’t resist

Pretty fast, and they’ve scanned multiple rapid moving enemies before, even enemies faster than Hecate is without too much trouble

That’s still no reason Hecate’s wouldn’t work. It works temporarily against Suru whose main power is her will, and based on what I’ve seen on luch’s profile her will is nothing like Suru’s either, but she could probably escape it, just not as fast as Suru did. The question is whether or not she does it on time

How would that even work? When Lucha is just teleporting all over the place with her illusions Lucha would just be zapping Hecate all over the place I don't see her doing it in time she'd just be casting thunderstorms aswell.

Hecate is able to manipulate charged particles in matter and the air around her, she should be able to use that to greatly reduce any damage she would receive from electric phenomena via countering with her own in addition to a bunch of other stuff, plus, she can just predict every possible teleport location and attack those spots to hit Lucha instantly

And timing the Paraeyes with Lucha’s teleporting would still work. She has to reappear occasionally to teleport again, and Hecate is more than able to figure that timing out at crazy speed and paralyze her anyway

Also double team is a very easily counterable move. With the amount of attacks Hecate would likely be using, it basically wouldn’t even be a factor because all of the illusions would be taken out really fast

Luch has a good arsenal and would likely win overall with a series of perfect strats and hits, but seems unlikely given everything I’ve mentioned and Hecate’s intellect. I think Hecate would land her starry acid canon sooner rather than later
